I started volunteering for AccessOC to help out my community in an aspect of life that I hold most important and fundamental—health. Through AccessOC, I was able to see both the patient and physician sides of healthcare. From assisting with essential office duties to volunteering on Vision Clinic and Surgery Days, I saw how AccessOC and healthcare providers changed lives. It is very different hearing about the great work that AccessOC does and actually experiencing it. I am very fortunate to have experienced, firsthand, all the work AccessOC has done and all the lives AccessOC has touched.
