For the past three years, Ana Maria has had a Ganglion Cyst on her left wrist that has made lifting heavy objects like bags, her purse, and her niece difficult. While working at a hotel as a housekeeper, she experienced pain while doing her daily tasks like making beds, vacuuming, and mopping. Dr. Barnett at Lestonnac Free Clinic referred her to AccessOC recognizing her struggles and need for surgery. By coordinating her Ganglion Cyst surgery with Dr. Eidt during Mission Hospital’s Surgery Day on October 8th, 2016, we hope to alleviate three years of Ana Marias’s suffering.
